All products sold through this website are manufactured in Greece by Labbok Organic Premium Cosmetics and distributed exclusively in Cyprus by Apus Pharm Limited.

2. Orders and Payment Policy

-Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our secure e-shop.
-Payment is accepted via debit/credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery (COD, if available).
-All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT.
-Payment must be completed before the order is processed unless using COD.

3. Shipping Policy

-Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days.
-Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary by order amount and delivery location.
-Free shipping is available for orders above 50 Euros, unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

-Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately via email or phone.

-If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy applies instead.

5. Return and Refund Policy

-We want you to love our products. If you're not satisfied, you may return them under the following conditions:

-Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

-Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

-Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

-To request a return, contact us at info@apuspharm.com.cy with your order number and reason for return.

-Once the return is approved and received, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

-We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve complaints promptly, usually within 7 business days.

-If no satisfactory resolution is reached, you may refer your complaint to the Consumer Protection Service of Cyprus or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
