-Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our secure e-shop.-Payment is accepted via debit/credit card, PayPal, or cash on delivery (COD, if available).-All prices are in EUR (€) and include VAT.-Payment must be completed before the order is processed unless using COD.
-Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days.-Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary by order amount and delivery location.-Free shipping is available for orders above 50 Euros, unless otherwise stated.
-Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately via email or phone.-If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy applies instead.
-We want you to love our products. If you're not satisfied, you may return them under the following conditions:-Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.-Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.-Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.-To request a return, contact us at info@apuspharm.com.cy with your order number and reason for return.-Once the return is approved and received, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.
-We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve complaints promptly, usually within 7 business days.-If no satisfactory resolution is reached, you may refer your complaint to the Consumer Protection Service of Cyprus or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Please read the ingredients list before use.-Always perform a patch test before first use.-Our products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical conditions.-We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from the use of this website or products.
